SJR have carried out various projects at Yearby Farm over the past 14 years including the conversion of existing outbuildings and a former granary into self-contained dwellings. A new build mews development around a paved courtyard and most recently the conversion of stables and garaging into a 1 bedroom cottage. The use of traditional materials and vernacular detailing ensure that all these buildings blend seamlessly into the sensitive Yearby Village conservation area.
