The CGI (computer generated image) above helped to secure a controversial planning permission for a redevelopment project in Hartlepool. The project will see the demolition of the derelict Headland Gate public house, and it's replacement with an iconic mixed commercial and residential development on this important gateway site to the historic Headland.
